Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Belgium and selected European destinations available at checkout.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)
All of our photo magnets are custom-made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We ship primarily via UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination and carrier service selected at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the shipping option currently configured for your destination.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the package is returned to us or marked undeliverable, we may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending the order again.
PO Boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes may not be available for all carrier services or destinations.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- check around your delivery area and with neighbors,
- contact the local carrier office, and
- email us so we can assist.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@mymags.eu with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the damage (item and packaging).
We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution according to our Refund Policy.
Where We Ship From
Orders are produced and shipped from Belgium.
VAT and Import Charges
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT treatment is handled according to the applicable rules configured in our store.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
