Personalized Items (Photo Magnets)

All of our photo magnets are custom-made using the image(s) you provide. Because these items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as customer preference, image selection, low-quality uploaded photos, poor lighting, cropping issues, or composition issues that were visible in the submitted image.

Customer-Provided Images

Please review your uploaded photo(s) carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by the quality or composition of the image(s) provided by the customer, including but not limited to blurry photos, dark photos, poor lighting, low resolution, or subjects that are not centered as desired.

Remakes or Refunds for Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Orders (5 Days)

We may offer a remake, replacement, or refund if there is a verified issue with the product, such as:

  • the item arrives damaged,
  • the item is defective, or
  • you received the wrong item.

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@mymags.eu with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos showing the issue (and packaging, if applicable).

If approved, we will decide the appropriate resolution based on the issue, which may include a remake, replacement, store credit, or refund.

No Return Shipping Required in Most Cases

In most cases, you do not need to return the item before a resolution is provided. However, we may request additional information or ask for the item to be returned in rare cases for quality review.

Cancellations / Changes

Because custom orders may enter production quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellations, edits, or photo changes once processing has started. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@mymags.eu, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Refund Timing (If a Refund Is Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
